Hospital cash is payable weekly for four weeks, excluding the first three days at the end of hospitalization.
Claims Procedure
Notify CIC Insurance as soon as reasonably possible after the incident. Submit the following documents:
- Fully completed claim form (available from any CIC office countrywide)
- Police abstract in case of road accident or assault
- Physician examination report(s)
- Original medical receipts where medical expenses are incurred
- Death certificate (in case of death)
- Burial permit (in case of death)
